Follow these steps for FASTER redemption...

​STEP 2. Email info@whitehousepilates.com with 5-8 digit "Redemption Code" located on the voucher  

 

  • We will work as fast as possible to fill your account with your purchased sessions- but please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your voucher. Plan your first visit accordingly.

 

STEP 3. We will notify you by email as soon as the Groupon class credits have been placed in your account.

 

KEEP IN MIND: We have multiple locations.

Please pay close attention to the class location when booking your classes.

 

As classes fill up we will try our best to add more class options to the schedule to accomodate everyone.

If you are brand new to the Pilates method, we STRONGLY suggest you begin with a Private Session.

An Introductory Private session can also be scheduled for a discounted rate of $60. (New Clients Only, Not Required but highly recommended.)

IMPORTANT STUDIO INFO TO KNOW:

  • Reservations must be made prior to coming to class.

  • Reformer classes must have a minimum of 2 attendees or the class will be canceled. We will notify you via email (or text) ahead of time. Be sure you are opted in to receive these notifications.

  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class within 24 hours or do not show up- your session is forfeited- SORRY, WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS ON PROMOTIONAL DEALS!

  • Please only activate your voucher if you are ready to schedule a class right away.

  • If a class is full online, you can still sign up and you will be put on the wait list. You will receive an email or a text to notify you when a space has opened up in class.

  • One promo per person. Use of any other sales or offers and promotions (free class, coupons, etc.) is prohibited and cannot be combined. GROUPON & LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHERS ARE INTRODUCTORY OFFERS AND ONLY VALID 1 PER PERSON AND FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY. (this will be strictly enforced)
